This article examines the impact of infrastructure development during the administration of President Joko Widodo on Indonesia’s economic growth. However, in its implementation many obstacles were encountered. President Joko Widodo cooperates with China to minimize problems in realizing his program. The method used in this research is qualitative with data sources based on literature studies related to infrastructure, cooperation between Indonesia and China and the obstacles encountered and the influence of infrastructure on Indonesia’s economic growth. As a result, it can be seen in the prices of basic necessities in Papua which have fallen. Meanwhile, for the Island of Java, there is a significant impact because several projects are still in progress.
