Abstract
Project Portfolio Selection is a process to determine which projects are aligned with organizational goals. In the last few decades, the development of technology has been growing rapidly, especially in the area of Project Management practices. Many applications on the market offer the feature to facilitate the implementation of Project Management. However, current applications on the market do not have the Project Portfolio Selection feature. Therefore, the author wants to create a Project Management application that focuses on the Project Selection Method using the multi-criteria scoring model so that the Project Management process can maximize project selection according to the needs and interests of the organization.
