Abstract
Micro and small enterprises are built with various vulnerabilities in terms of both capital capacity and managerial, marketing, and production capacities. Micro and small businesses will only be implemented if there is a comprehensive synergy with multi-stakeholders woven and accommodated and integrated through advances in information and communication technology. This analysis of micro and small businesses' development uses a qualitative approach by utilizing the Nvivo 12 plus application in conducting a study of the content of several works of literature collaborating with secondary data related to the conditions of micro and small businesses in Palopo City. The study results refer to recommendations to strengthen collaboration patterns of various stakeholders and broaden the scope of stakeholder engagement. The expansion of stakeholder involvement is woven and accommodated by integrating digitalized data so that information and communication that is more comprehensive, updated, and sustainable can become material for decision making in the development of micro and small businesses.
